Experience: Fresher or 1+ years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Function Area: Media Design

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team and Media design team to understand the overall task and target audience.
• Design and develop engaging videos and motion graphics for a variety of purposes, including advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and more.
• Utilize open-source software and other tools to create high-quality video content.
• Transform ideas and concepts into visually appealing and dynamic animations, ensuring they align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Produce video content that captures attention, communicates the intended message, and elicits the desired emotional responses from viewers.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and visual consistency.
• Work with clients to gather project requirements, understand their vision, and translate their ideas into impactful videos that meet their objectives.
• Understand the unique characteristics and requirements of projects across the manufacturing, e-commerce, and IT industries and make videos accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients directly to gather feedback, refine designs, and ensure that video content aligns with their expectations.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs, ensuring that the final product aligns with their vision and expectations.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance and innovate the motion graphics offerings.

Qualifications and skills

• Proven experience as a Video Designer, Motion Graphics Designer, or similar role, with an impressive portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work.
• Proficiency in open source software like Blender, Shotcut, OpenShot, etc.
• Expertise in motion graphics principles, including animation, timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating advertisement videos that effectively communicate brand messages and evoke emotional responses.
• Excellent creativity and the ability to think outside the box to bring innovative ideas to video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing, post-production techniques, and colour correction
• Strong artistic and design skills, including a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with 3D animation and modelling concepts.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and lighting techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
