Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for web, social media, branding, marketing materials, and UI/UX projects.
• Create website design mockups and UI elements using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and content teams to ensure design consistency.
• Collaborate with branding strategists, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Translate ideas into engaging visual stories that align with brand identity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Participate in team meetings (both virtual and in-person as required).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic designing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Advanced), and other design software.
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and attention to detail.
• Experience in website design, wireframes, and UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Excellent visual communication and time management skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Ability to work from the office at least 2-3 days a week (hybrid model)

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
