Job Opening: GOYN Placement Coordinator – Pune

Experience: 4–5 years in placement coordination or youth employability programs

Role Overview

The Placement Coordinator supports end-to-end placement across GOYN Pune projects—employer mapping, candidate outreach, job drives, and post-placement follow-up—with a focus on inclusion and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employer & Ecosystem Mapping

• Build a city-wide employer database with job roles and hiring cycles
• Partner with training institutions, polytechnics, and universities

2. Outreach & Inclusion

• Engage women, youth, night-school students, and low-income communities
• Coordinate with Community Engagement teams to form inclusive batches

3. Job Drive Planning & Execution

• Organize quarterly mega job drives
• Execute monthly job drives
• Manage logistics, employer relationships, and candidate readiness

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain placement records, proofs, and follow-up data
• Collect feedback and draft monthly/quarterly reports

5. Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with Placement Manager and Career Pathway team
• Offer one-on-one interview preparation and employer visit support

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree (Social Work, Business, or related; Master’s preferred)
• 4–5 years of experience in placements or youth employability
• Strong communication and networking abilities
• Familiarity with Pune’s skilling ecosystem
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data management
• Comfortable working in diverse community settings
