Job Overview:

We are seeking a performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist who is well-versed in running and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook + Instagram). The role requires someone who can drive quality leads, increase conversions, and maintain healthy ROAS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Perform audience research, keyword targeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate analytics reports, and optimize for better results.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and reduce cost per conversion.
• Write compelling ad copy and select high-performing creatives.
• Work with design/content team to ensure ad alignment with brand messaging.
• Stay updated with algorithm changes, trends, and ad policies.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or service-based business campaigns preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Google Ads & Meta Certifications (if any) are a bonus.
• Strong understanding of integration of Meta pixel and Google Ads conversation
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
