Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Google Ads Expert with 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC strategies, lead generation, conversion tracking, and Google Ads tools. This is an office-based role in Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Search , Display , Shopping , and Video ad campaigns. Perform detailed keyword research , bid strategy , and budget allocation . Create high-performing ad copies, extensions, and landing page recommendations. Monitor campaign performance and provide daily/weekly reports with actionable insights. Continuously optimize campaigns for CTR , Quality Score , CPC , and ROI . Set up and manage conversion tracking , Google Analytics , Tag Manager , and audience targeting. A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends , algorithm updates, and platform changes. Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives, ad banners, and landing page content. Manage lead generation funnels and reduce CPL (cost per lead). Show more Show less
