Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns for our clients or internal projects. You will be responsible for developing strategies, setting up ad campaigns, analyzing performance, and maximizing ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, etc.) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.) Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages Prepare regular performance reports and insights for clients or internal stakeholders Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and algorithm updates Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to support campaign goals Qualifications: Proven experience with Google Ads (minimum 2 years preferred) Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Familiarity with SEO, social media ads, or other digital marketing channels is a bonus Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,945.19 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
