Hi All,
We are urgently seeking an experienced RF/GIS engineer with over 5 years of expertise in
the telecom industry for our client in Noida. This role involves capacity/coverage optimizing and
troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related
field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
In-depth understanding of 5G NR/VoNR.
Familiarity with open RAN equipment and vendors, including Mavenir and
Samsung.
Strong knowledge of GIS tools (QGIS/Mapinfo/ARCGIS) for data collection and
analysis.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools for RF design and post-processing (XCAL,
XCAP, Planet, ...).
Strong knowledge of SQL, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau
Key Responsibilities:
Perform post-processing (with GIS SWs and industry-standard tools) and
reporting on network data.
Validate and approve RF parameters/counters and KPIs.
Perform link budgeting, coverage/capacity analysis, and LMS optimization.
Adjust SW/HW parameters to enhance system reliability.
Analyze network KPIs to identify and resolve performance issues.
Collaborate with field teams to improve efficiency.
Conduct propagation modeling and site selection for optimal network
performance.
Provide technical input for proposals/reports.
Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
