*Key Responsibilities

*
● Architect and build prompting-and-agent pipelines for document ingest, semantic extraction, and decision support. ● Prototype and productionize fine-tuned or LoRA-augmented open-source models (e.g.,Mistral, Qwen) alongside API-based LLMs (GPT-4, Claude). ● Implement evaluation benchmarks (accuracy, latency, hallucination rates) and optimize cost/token usage at scale. ● Collaborate with data and backend teams to integrate real-time financial and climate data sources. ● Drive experiments on retrieval-augmented-generation (RAG), chain-of-thought prompting, and proactive user profiling.

*Core Skills & Experience

*
● 3 + years in LLM development: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google’s Vertex AI. ● Hands-on with fine-tuning pipelines (LoRA, Hugging Face Transformers). ● Experience building agentic systems (e.g., LangChain, custom orchestrators). ● Solid Python expertise; familiarity with Java for integration. ● Strong grasp of evaluation metrics for generative models; experience reducing hallucinations. ● Understanding of financial- and ESG/climate-domain requirements (data sensitivity, explainability).

*Nice-to-Have*
