Lyfe Hotels and Resorts is looking for an experienced and result driven Project Head / GM - Projects / Sr. GM - Projects to lead our hotel development and renovation projects across multiple locations. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a highly competent project professional with a passion for hospitality excellence and execution.

Key Requirements:

Education: BE in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 20+ years in project execution, construction, renovation, planning, liaising, QA/QC, and billing

Prior experience in 4-star/ 5-star hotel projects is a must

Roles & Responsibilities:

>Lead end-to-end project execution, monitoring, and control to ensure timely delivery

>Supervise all civil, interior, electrical, HVAC works as per approved drawings

>Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management

>Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and PMCs

>Ensure quality assurance, adherence to specifications, and safety standards

>Prepare measurement sheets, RA bills, and maintain project trackers and handover checklists

>Drive contract negotiations and vendor management

>Present project plans and proposals to senior management/ Board
