General Manager (Civil )

Required General Manager Industry - Civil Projects / Civil Construction / Civil Infrastructure / Civil Real Estate Civil Project Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the complete execution team, including all Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and office staff.  Take full ownership of all project sites and office coordination — ensuring smooth workflow between departments.  Regularly monitor the progress of all ongoing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and as per required quality and safety standards.  Act as the single point of contact for management on all project-related updates, execution challenges, and operational issues.  Coordinate between site teams, procurement, design, planning, HR, and admin to ensure project needs are fulfilled on time.  Visit sites regularly to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and ensure work is progressing as per plan.  Review project schedules, budgets, manpower deployment, and site resource utilization.  Take key decisions in the interest of project delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.  Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reports are maintained and submitted to senior leadership.  Guide, train, and mentor Project Managers and ensure team discipline and accountability.  Work closely with the Director/MD to drive business targets and organizational goals. Key Skills Required:  Strong leadership and multi-project execution capability.  In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and site management.  High level of discipline, ownership, and ability to manage pressure.  Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.  Expertise in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and site reporting tools.
