We’re Hiring: Game Developer (Remote) 🚀 🕘 Shift Time: 📅 Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM AEST 📅 Saturday: 12 PM – 4 PM AEST 🌏 Location: Remote 💰 Budget: 800–1000 AUD per month (based on experience) About the Role At Marketing Transformers, we’re building an innovative AI Tutor App focused on making Math and Science fun, interactive, and effective through gamification. We're looking for a Game Developer who can design and build educational mini-games that are playful, curriculum-aligned, and easy to understand for kids. If you love building meaningful digital experiences that help kids learn while having fun, this is made for you. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 🎮 Game Development: Design and develop age-appropriate educational mini-games in Unity or Unreal Engine. 📚 Curriculum Alignment: Translate Math and Science concepts into interactive gameplay mechanics. 🎨 Creative Collaboration: Work with education designers and illustrators to deliver engaging visuals and experiences. 🧠 UX for Kids: Create intuitive interfaces with clear instructions and feedback for young learners. 🐞 Testing & Tuning: Playtest with real users, gather feedback, and refine game balance and difficulty. 🌐 Deployment: Optimize for tablets and mobile devices (Android/iOS). ✅ Ideal Candidate 2–3 years of experience as a Game Developer (Unity or Unreal) Solid knowledge of C# or C++ Experience building 2D/3D games for mobile or tablet platforms Strong understanding of child-friendly game design principles Comfortable collaborating with educators, artists, and AI developers Bonus: Experience with educational games, gamification, or e-learning tools Familiar with Git and working in Agile sprints Great communication skills (English, Hindi a bonus) 🎯 You’ll Be Building Games Like: Math Maze Quests (solve equations to unlock doors) Science Sorting Challenges (group animals, identify materials) Memory Match Mechanics (formulas, units, and facts) Time-Based Puzzles (interactive quizzes, drag & drop activities) 🎥 How to Apply Send a 1-minute video answering: What’s your latest game dev experience or project?
