Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional approach. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and welcoming. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails appropriately. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings, and internal meetings.
