Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications to generate precise tool paths. Select suitable cutting tools, feeds, and speeds to achieve both accuracy and high-quality finishes, including mirror finishes on visible components. Perform machine setups, fixture alignment, zero-point calibration, and first-off part verification . Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to optimize cycle times, tool life, and process reliability . Maintain accurate process documentation, including setup sheets, tool lists, and program libraries . Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely and precise manufacturing of parts . Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and maintenance standards at all times. Qualifications and Skills Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a CNC and/or 4-axis VMC Programmer in precision engineering or related industries. Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent) . Strong understanding of machining brass, stainless steel, and aluminum components . Knowledge of GD&T and ability to work with tight tolerances (up to ±0.05mm) . Ability to design fixtures and optimize processes for both functional and aesthetic components. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering preferred. Prior experience in architectural hardware or decorative fittings manufacturing will be an advantage.
