Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Furniture Sales Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in retail or furniture sales, with a passion for helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting furniture according to their needs and preferences Provide detailed product information and demonstrate furniture features Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and showroom area Process transactions and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally Stay updated with the latest furniture trends and product knowledge Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or furniture sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of furniture design and styles Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus
