Job Title: Full Stack Developer (1 Year Experience)

Location: On-site – Delhi

Experience Required: 1+ year

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
Develop clean and efficient front-end interfaces using React.js or Next.js
Design and develop RESTful APIs using Express.js or Python with FastAPI
Work with MongoDB for database modeling and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs, and QA
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Write clean, modular, and testable code

Requirements:

1+ year of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
Proficient in JavaScript and one or more of the following frameworks:
Frontend: React.js or Next.js
Backend: Express.js or Python with FastAPI
Good understanding of MongoDB and data modeling
Familiarity with REST APIs and modern development practices
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to work on-site in our Delhi office (this is not a remote role)

Good to Have:

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
