Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) - No Freelancer

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js, along with working knowledge of PHP (Laravel). This role is based out of our Bhopal office, and we're seeking candidates who can work on-site as part of our dynamic team building scalable web applications for our growing IT consulting startup.

Key Responsibilities

Develop front-end components using React.js

Build and maintain back-end APIs using Node.js (Express or similar)

Integrate third-party APIs and manage authentication workflows

Occasionally support and maintain existing PHP/Laravel codebase

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues

Collaborate with designers, QA, and product teams

Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation

Required Skills

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js

Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and REST APIs

Familiarity with MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL

Experience with Git, deployment, and CI/CD tools

Working knowledge of PHP and Laravel

Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker, AWS, or cloud-based hosting

Familiarity with Redux, Next.js, or GraphQL

Understanding of security best practices
