About The Company

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality frontend applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that aligns with best practices.
• Own the complete lifecycle of the front-end application, including design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure smooth and high-quality releases.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure technical excellence within the team.
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on web applications.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend applications.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and other automation tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how to apply them to create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Familiarity with cloud services and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
