We are hiring a passionate Front-End Developer with strong UI/UX design expertise to join our growing IT team. This role combines both creative design and front-end development , ideal for candidates who can design modern user interfaces in Figma and translate them into clean, responsive code using HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, and jQuery . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must-Have Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and UI/UX design Responsive Web Design and mobile-first design principles Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw Knowledge of UI/UX processes: wireframing, persona creation, UCD, information architecture, competitor analysis Up-to-date with current design trends and design-to-code best practices Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms such as banking portals Create high-quality UI mockups and prototypes in Figma Implement designs using HTML, CSS, JS, and Bootstrap Design graphics for emailers, digital ads, banners, and vector visuals Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless UI experiences Ensure designs are cross-browser and device compatible Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and data insights Preferred Skills: Experience with TFS or other version control tools Understanding of accessibility standards and basic SEO Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Application Question(s): we are only preferring Delhi based candidates, it's walk in interview-Onsite.
