Job Summary

We are looking for a Front-End Developer with a strong foundation in Angular, React, CMS, and PHP. This role demands someone who is both technically strong and capable of leading a small development team. You will be responsible for delivering high-performance, scalable front-end solutions, guiding junior developers, and collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

●   Lead a team of developers to deliver web projects on time with high-quality standards.

●   Develop and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using Angular and React.

●   Build and customise WordPress themes and plugins based on project needs.

●   Work with PHP and WordPress backend for dynamic website integration.

●   Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code.

●   Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimisation.

●   Perform code reviews, mentorship, and technical guidance for junior developers.

●   Manage project timelines, task distribution, and status reporting.

●   Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes swiftly.

●   Follow best practices for code structure, security, and version control (Git).

Required Skills

●   2–4 years of experience in front-end development.

●   Proficient in Angular and React.js frameworks.

●   Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.

●   Working knowledge of PHP for WordPress and backend interaction.

●   Familiarity with REST APIs and integration methods.

●   Experience with version control systems like Git.

●   Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

●   Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery.

●   Knowledge of SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS.

●   Familiarity with My SQL and database concepts.

●   Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or deployment processes.

●   Experience working in Agile environments.
