We seek a **smart, polished, and client-focused Front Office Executive** to be the face of our clinic, ensuring exceptional first impressions and seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients warmly, manage appointments, and handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. - Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure timely service delivery and resolve scheduling conflicts. - Provide detailed information about wellness services, packages, and promotions to clients. - Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection for services rendered. - Maintain clinic cleanliness and oversee inventory of front-office supplies (e.g., brochures, forms). - Address client feedback and escalate issues to the Clinic Manager when required. - Assist in organizing wellness events, workshops, or promotional activities.
