Front Line Techanical Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Create and manage content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and agencies to deliver promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Support events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Manage CRM tools and maintain marketing databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and social media management tools.
• Creative thinking with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO/SEM and paid media campaigns.
• Graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
