Job Description

Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests, vendors, and clients professionally
  • Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments
  • Handle incoming/outgoing courier and mail management
  • Maintain and update staff/visitor attendance logs
  • Schedule appointments and assist with internal meeting setups
  • Provide admin support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Maintain inventory of front desk supplies and assist in basic HR coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Graduate preferred with a professional and courteous attitude
