Convert leads into confirmed bookings for events, parties, and group dining. Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain a daily log of calls, responses, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the restaurant’s event and operations team for smooth execution of bookings. Share timely feedback from customers to help improve offerings.
