Job Title: Fresher – Documentation Executive

Location: Gurugram

Shift: Night

Timing: 6:30 pm to 2:30 am (Cab facility include)

Experience: Fresher

Industry: Export / Logistics / Trading / Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients via phone and email regarding documentation requirements and updates.
• Prepare and maintain export-related documents such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading, shipping instructions, etc.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments for timely document submission and approvals.
• Organize and maintain proper filing and records of export documentation for audit and internal reference.
• Assist in preparing reports related to shipments, documentation status, and client communication.
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and handle work under deadlines
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Willingness to learn export procedures and documentation standards

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
