Our Client, a leading steel and mining company, has partnered with Flexing It and is currently looking to engage with a MIS Analyst. Key Responsibilities: - Report Generation: You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and distributing HR-related reports with accuracy and timeliness. - Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. - Decision Support: Provide data-backed recommendations to aid HR leadership in strategic and operational planning. - Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work across HR teams and external vendors to gather data and deliver reports. - Decision-Making Support: Utilize your skills in generating insights that support data-driven HR decisions. - Adaptability: Be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving data needs and priorities.
