Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office position located in Bengaluru. The role will involve supporting the founders in various day-to-day operations, strategic initiatives, and decision-making processes. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to drive the company's vision forward.

Key Responsibilities-

• Strategic Planning:

  Work with the founder and leadership team on company OKRs, investor updates, business reviews, and board decks.

• Execution & Program Management:

  Drive critical cross-functional projects to closure. Act as a central point of coordination between product, tech, ops, marketing, and other teams.

• Market Research & Insights:

  Conduct deep-dive research on competition, market trends, and customer needs to support decision-making.

• Team & Culture:

  Partner with HR/founder to drive hiring, culture-building activities, and internal communications.

• Special Projects:

  Own 0-to-1 initiatives — from launching new business lines to partnerships and automation tools.

• Build a tech team:

  Help founders to process through build a high quality tech team for execution.

• Policy Management:

  Writing a relevant policies for the organization and help them on due dullligence

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, early-stage startups, or fast-growth companies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical and comfortable with data, presentations, and structured problem solving.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and ability to thrive in chaos.
• Exposure to tech/startups or financial services is a plus.
• MBA or Tier-1 undergrad (IIT/IIM/ISB/NIT/SRCC or equivalent) is a plus, but not mandatory.
