Role: Intern @ Founder’s Office

This is not a support role. You’ll work directly with the founding team across three core verticals:

• Brand Growth (Paid + Organic)
• Influencer and Partner Collaborations
• YouTube and Content Execution

You’ll own outcomes, drive real results, and be rewarded for performance. If you’re passionate about consumer brands, creator culture, and data-backed storytelling—this is your playground.

Responsibilities

Brand Growth & Performance Marketing

• Assist in campaign planning across Meta, Google, and influencer channels
• Contribute to ad creatives, copywriting, landing pages, and funnel testing
• Support in performance audits and experimentation strategies
• Build internal growth decks and performance summaries

Influencer & Partner Collaborations

• Handle communications with creators, affiliates, and micro-influencers
• Track and optimize performance of partnerships
• Manage briefs, negotiations, approvals, and timelines

YouTube & Content Execution

• Research high-retention hooks, titles, and formats for YouTube
• Collaborate with editors to convert brand footage into short-form content
• Manage publishing (SEO, tags, thumbnails) and analyze performance metrics

Who You Are

• Curious about D2C brands, eCommerce, and performance marketing
• Skilled in communication (written + verbal)
• Comfortable coordinating with influencers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Past experience in content creation, YouTube growth, or ad management
