Role Overview

As an Intern in the Founder’s Office @ XOTIC Essentials, you’ll work closely with the core team on three things:

  • Brand Growth (Organic & Paid)
  • Client/Influencer Collaborations
  • YouTube & Content Execution

This role is high-ownership and performance-based. You’ll learn how digital-first brands are actually built—and be rewarded for the value you create.



Key Responsibilities🌟 Brand Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Assist in campaign planning across Meta, Google, and influencer channels
  • Contribute to ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnel optimizations
  • Support performance reviews and experiment planning
  • Prepare strategy decks and reports for internal use and partners



Influencer & Client Collaboration

  • Manage communication with creators, micro-influencers, and affiliate partners
  • Track performance of collaborations and suggest improvements
  • Assist in negotiation, briefing, and content approvals
  • Coordinate delivery, timelines, and follow-ups


YouTube & Content

  • Research and plan YouTube content hooks, titles, and outlines
  • Work with editors to repurpose brand footage into short-form reels
  • Schedule and optimize video uploads (SEO, tags, thumbnails)
  • Analyze metrics and identify growth levers


What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in eCommerce, performance marketing, or D2C brands
  • Strong written + verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating with creators, vendors, and teams
  • Bonus: Prior experience in content creation, YouTube, or managing ads
