Job Title: Floor Supervisor – Fine Casual DiningLocation: Chandigarh Tricity Function: Front-of-House Operations | Experience: 2–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Reports to: Outlet Manager About the RoleWe’re looking for a confident and service-driven Floor Supervisor to lead daily service operations at AJA Honestly Good Food. As the bridge between the service team and outlet leadership, you'll ensure that every guest interaction is smooth, warm, and aligned with our brand values of quality, wellness, and everyday joy. This is a key frontline role that blends team coordination, guest engagement, and operational discipline in a high-energy, design-forward environment. Key Responsibilities🔸 Service LeadershipSupervise and coordinate floor staff to ensure timely, attentive, and personalized service Monitor table turns, flow of service, and guest wait times during peak hours Handle special guest requests, feedback, and minor escalations with grace 🔸 Team CoordinationAssign duties and sections to servers based on the floor plan and reservation flow Ensure grooming, punctuality, and SOP adherence by service staff Support daily briefings, pre-shift meetings, and on-floor training 🔸 Guest Experience ManagementGreet VIP guests, manage table visits, and build rapport with regulars Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance at all times Follow up on feedback and pass relevant insights to Outlet Manager 🔸 Operations SupportCheck readiness of POS systems, billing accuracy, and inventory of service tools Ensure hygiene protocols are being followed (FSSAI standards) Support outlet-level events, wine tastings, or promotions as needed Skills & Qualifications2–5 years of experience in front-of-house roles (preferably in premium casual or fine-casual dining) Strong communication and people management skills Guest-first mindset with attention to detail Calm under pressure and confident in fast-paced service environments Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and basic reporting
