• Participate in client and consultant meetings and site walk-throughs.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing handover documentation and final punch lists.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).

• Eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
