Job Description

Project Management & Execution

Oversee and manage multiple construction sites/projects from initiation to completion.
Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery as per quality standards.
Address issues related to delays, cost overruns, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership

Supervise site engineers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Facilitate coordination between design, procurement, and construction teams.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
