Job Title: Financial Analyst Reporting to: Group Treasury Manager Job Objective

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will support financial planning, treasury operations, M&A transactions, and financial reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights that support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models to track and assess business performance.
• Conduct profitability analysis, revenue forecasting, cost analysis, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
• Identify KPIs and create insightful dashboards and reports.
• Perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of business changes.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

• Support M&A due diligence and financial assessments of potential acquisitions.
• Assist in creating financial models for M&A transactions, including cash flow and pro forma statements.
• Work with cross-functional teams for seamless post-acquisition integration.

Treasury & Reporting

• Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Monitor interest rates, forex, and market trends to reduce financial risk.
• Prepare treasury reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support fundraising, debt structuring, and treasury process automation.
• Help in scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial tools, and reporting software.
• CFA/CPA certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
