Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Maintain accurate records of all daily financial transactions.
• Process invoices promptly and accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-up and clearance.
• Update and maintain internal financial systems with relevant data.
• Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in financial audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Support budget preparation and financial planning activities.
• Undertake any ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned by management.
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce with 3-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, secretarial work, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experienced in handling accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet objectives.
• Comfortable communicating directly with auditors and providing necessary information.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly.
