Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Account Manager located in Pithampur, Dhar, MP. The Finance and Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing financial reports. Daily tasks include financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and handling tax-related matters. The role also involves managing accounts payable/receivable, performing audits, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
• Atleast 4 yr Experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Knowledge of Taxation and Compliance with Financial Regulations
• Skills in Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Preferable to Manufacturing Industry.
