Job description โ— Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for LED video wall installations and operations. โ— Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. โ— Installation and Setup: Assist in the installation and configuration of LED video wall systems. โ— Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards during installation and after service. โ— Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities and prepare reports. โ— Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and queries. โ— Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery. โ— Service Request Management: Manage and prioritize customer service requests efficiently. โ— Preparation for On-Site Visit: Ensure all tools, equipment, and parts are ready for site visits. โ— Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues during on-site visits to ensure client satisfaction. โ— No Fear of Heights: Confidently perform tasks at elevated locations as required.
