Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service, troubleshooting technical issues, providing preventive maintenance for equipment, and delivering technical support. Additionally, the engineer will be tasked with customer service to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operation of all devices.

Qualifications

Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
Experience in Preventive Maintenance
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the eye care or medical device industry is a plus
