Job Overview: A Business Development Executive is responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and expanding business opportunities through direct, on-the-ground interactions. This role requires extensive travel, market research, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Lead Generation  Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.  Develop new business opportunities by visiting target markets, industries, and customer locations.  Conduct on-site meetings and presentations to showcase products/services.  Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within assigned territories. 2. Client Relationship Management  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.  Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.  Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.  Handle customer queries, concerns, and negotiations effectively. 3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis  Gather market intelligence and analyze industry trends.  Study competitors’ offerings and suggest improvements to business strategies.  Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion. 4. On-Ground Marketing & Brand Promotion  Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.  Educate potential customers on product benefits through live demonstrations.  Distribute marketing materials and generate interest in the company’s offerings. 5. Reporting & Coordination  Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client meetings, and market feedback.  Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to management.  Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize strategies. Key Skills & Qualifications:  Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.  Experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales.  Ability to work independently and travel extensively.  Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting techniques.  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
