About the Role

Distribution Salesman (DSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and service retail and on-premise outlets in assigned territories
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets
• Ensure timely order booking and follow-up for delivery and payments
• Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers and trade partners
• Promote new launches and implement sales schemes at the ground level
• Submit daily activity reports and market intelligence to the Sales Manager
• Coordinate closely with the logistics and operations teams for effective execution

Requirements

• 1–5 years of field sales experience in Liquor (Alcobev) distribution preferred
• Freshers with relevant education and interest in Alcobev sales are welcome
• Must own a

  two-wheeler

  with a valid

  driving license

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven sales environment

• Familiarity with the Pune liquor market is a strong advantage
