Job Description

🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in assigned territories. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and propose appropriate cloud solutions. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct on-site meetings and presentations to showcase XcellHost's cloud services. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings. ✅ Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in field sales, preferably in IT or cloud services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and present complex technical solutions to non-technical clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
