Client Engagement:

Approach homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers to understand requirements for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other full-home solutions.

Product Demonstration & Sales:

Present SPACEWOOD’s modular offerings, showcasing design options, finishes, materials, and customizations. Drive sales through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and local events.

Solution Customization:

Collaborate with clients to provide personalized modular designs based on space, needs, and budget.

Lead Management:

Actively generate and follow up on leads. Maintain consistent contact with prospects to build relationships and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Project Coordination:

Work with design, production, and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Insights:

Keep updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to better position SPACEWOOD’s value proposition.

Reporting

:Maintain sales records, daily visit logs, and provide reports and sales forecasts to management.👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields (preferred)

Experience

:Minimum 1 years of field sales experience in modular furniture, home interiors, real estate, or related sectors

Skills

:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Customer-centric mindset and design sensitivity
  • Ability to explain technical aspects and design logic
  • Basic understanding of layouts, finishes, and modular elements

Other Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for field visits
  • Willing to travel within Bhubaneswar city
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in sales
