Job Title: Sales Engineer – Air Compressor Division Location: Jalandhar, Punjab Company: Kanworks Engineering Solutions Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 years preferred in industrial equipment or air compressor sales About Us: Kanworks Engineering Solutions is an authorized distributor of Atlas Copco, a global leader in industrial air solutions. We specialize in delivering energy-efficient and reliable air compressor systems to industries across Northern India. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer for our Air Compressor Division to drive business in Jalandhar and surrounding industrial areas. The ideal candidate will focus on industrial clients, OEMs, and SMEs needing compressed air solutions, both oil-lubricated and oil-free systems. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Atlas Copco air compressors, dryers, and accessories to industrial clients Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closing Visit clients for technical discussions, site assessments, and product demonstrations Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and plant heads Maintain strong follow-up on leads, tenders, and AMC renewals Coordinate with application, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution Meet or exceed assigned territory sales targets Provide market intelligence on competitors and pricing strategies Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 2–5 years of experience in capital equipment/air compressor/industrial B2B sales Strong knowledge of compressed air systems, pneumatic components, or industrial utilities preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable with field travel across Jalandhar and nearby industrial hubs Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is an advantage What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Sales training from Atlas Copco and ongoing technical development Access to premium industrial technology and support Opportunity to grow in a performance-driven, fast-growing organization
