Job Title: Sales Manager – Tools Division Location: Mohali & Ludhiana Company: Kanworks Engineering Solutions Type: Full-Time Experience: 5–8 years in industrial/tool sales preferred About Us: Kanworks Engineering Solutions is an authorized distributor of world-renowned brands like Milwaukee Tools, Groz Tools and Atlas Copco Compressed Air Division. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge, professional-grade tools and solutions to industries across the region. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our Tools Division. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Milwaukee Tools, Atlas Copco, and related product lines · Manage a team of field sales executives and technical support personnel · Identify new business opportunities and lead generation across industries (manufacturing, construction, automotive, etc.) · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners · Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities · Conduct regular product demos and technical presentations · Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets · Coordinate with OEMs and supply chain team for stock planning and promotional campaigns · Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports Key Requirements: · Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) · 5+ years of B2B sales experience in power tools, industrial tools, or engineering products · Strong knowledge of Milwaukee Tools, Groz Tools products, or similar brands is a plus · Proven leadership skills with experience managing sales teams · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities · Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and dealer engagements What We Offer: · Competitive salary + performance-based incentives · Access to global tool brands and training · Leadership opportunity in a growing tools division · A collaborative, performance-driven work culture
