Field Sales Executive – IT Networking, Automation Solutions

Bisintech specializes in providing IT networking, automation, and technology solutions tailored for residential, commercial, and co-working spaces. We work closely with architects, builders, and consultants to ensure future-ready infrastructure is in place during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit upcoming residential, commercial, and coworking space projects.
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, PMC (Project Management Consultants), electrical contractors, and facility managers.
• Generate new leads through site visits, referrals, local market intelligence.
• Pitch IT networking, automation, surveillance, and related technology solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of new accounts, pipeline building, and closures.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure project scoping and proposals align with client needs.
• Prepare site visit reports, maintain CRM updates, and track opportunity pipelines.

Candidate Profile:

• 1.5 - 3 years of field sales experience in security systems, ELV, home automation, networking, lighting, lifts, construction materials, or related industries.
• Strong existing network with architects, builders, contractors is a big plus.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-driven, comfortable with fieldwork and meeting targets.
• Vehicle mandatory (Two/Four-wheeler for field visits).
