Job Responsibilities:


  • Bringing operational efficiency in the service deliverables and to ensure the scope of work is delivered at the expected level.
  • Eye for detail who can direct and dictate.
  • Ensuring the operational processes are followed for best output
  • Managing housekeeping services and tracking/ adhering to the various HK schedules, checklists and respective 52-week calendar effectively for the property.
  • Demonstrating leadership skill by mentoring and developing the second line under position
  • Ensuring the customer satisfaction through Innovative cost saving methods benefiting the
  • client directly
  • Reduction in Operation cost year on year
  • Effective review / assessment mechanism to assess the performance against the agreed SLAs
  • using the operational budget judiciously to bring cost effectiveness
  • Implement best operational practices to safeguard and increase the life span of client’s property
  • Introducing innovative techniques for the effective management and operations of facility
  • Coordinate resources and communicate operational priorities in response to business levels and needs.
  • Working in conjunction with the local Management to prepare the final budget documentation
  • plans and administer the works to ensure budget compliance
  • MIS & SLA – Accurate MIS and SLA preparation and presentation
  • Generating and cross verifying the invoices before submission to client and ensuring payment collections timely
  • Driving engagement initiatives on site to ensure employee retention and effective output
  • Ensuring that ISS staff displays a high standard of Professional behavior on sites
  • Ensure all Code of Conduct pertaining to the customer and ISS are briefed and managed well at site
  • Training the staff on various HSE aspects as per the guideline laid by the organization
