Facilities Manager

Job Summary: The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and services of a specific facility to ensure it is safe, efficient, and well-maintained. The role ensures the smooth functioning of building systems, compliance with safety standards, and effective vendor management. Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall operations of the facility including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Supervise on-site staff and third-party service providers. Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are met and maintained. Develop and manage facility budgets, cost tracking, and efficiency improvements. Planning, developing, and coordinating a program of planned, preventive maintenance for site workforce & building equipment. Overseeing the maintenance and control of facilities management records Overseeing the office equipment inventory, rental, repair, and maintenance Coordinates building security and regular maintenance and repair services. Coordinating with various vendors. Preparing MIS on a monthly basis (MMR'/QBR’s). Overseeing the office services needed to support department operations Implementing Efficiency Standards Maintain discipline and quality of work by all staff Responsible for overall safety and security at site. Coordinate with Regional Ops manager. Act as a SPOC for client & Regional office of ISS. Briefs / Guides and Mentors the supervisory and managerial staff below him.
