Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager, located in Indore. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic export sales plans, managing international sales, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating sales contracts, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill customer requirements. The role also involves regular analysis of sales data and market trends to optimize business performance.

• Skills in Sales and International Sales management
• Knowledge of International Business practices
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
