Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 

    outbound/inbound calls

     for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and support.
  • Assist with 

    accounts, billing, and invoice processing

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Support payroll and 

    salary-related documentation

    .
  • Manage office documentation and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth operations.


Requirements:

  • Bacholers Degree.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Basic knowledge of 

    MS Office (Excel, Word) & Tally Prime

    .
  • Familiarity with billing/accounting software is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
