Executive Assistant to SVP

A ‘leading player’ in Indian Capital Markets is hiring an "Executive Assistant (EA)" to the Regional Head & SVP at the company's corporate office situated at Jasola, Delhi.

This is a high-impact, multi-functional role designed to support and enable the Director in driving strategic and operational excellence across multiple businesses. The role demands a dynamic individual with a strong focus on Project Management, and Strategic execution.

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in supporting senior leadership, managing cross-functional Projects, and driving strategic initiatives. The preferred candidate should meet the following requirements/ eligibility criteria :

# Should be a Graduate/Post-Graduate from a recognised college/university;

# 5+ years of work-experience in a similar capacity/role.;

# Prior work-experience in consulting, project management, business analysis or a similar role as an 'Exec. Assistant' will be an added advantage;

# Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi with ability to present information clearly and concisely;

# Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights;

# Should be technology-savvy (mandatory) and have exceptional 'Organizational Skills and attention to detail' with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;

# Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced work environment;

# Should have a proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities;
