Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director located in Rajkot. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, diary management, and effective communication on behalf of the Managing Director.Location : Piplana, Rajkot Job timing : 9:00 to 6:00

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
Administrative Assistance and Diary Management skills
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
