Executive Assistant to Managing Director

EA - KRA Job brief We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support company’s MD/CEO. EA contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Responsibilities · Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners for MD · Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner · Manage MD’ calendars, daily schedules and set up meetings. · Coordinate for travel itineraries and accommodation arrangements · Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports · Oversee the performance of other staff & sustain a level of professionalism among them. · Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory · Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports · Organise meetings, seeks all logistics required for meetings and take minutes during meeting · Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence · Organize and maintain the MD office filing system · Drafts, review and send communication on behalf of MD · Prioritize Emails and responds where necessary. · EOD reports (details based on production per day). Processing all work using Google Sheets, one note, Google keep. · Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. · Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to MD. Requirements and skills · Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role for 1-4 years · Excellent MS Office & Excel knowledge · Outstanding organizational and time management skills · Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Discretion and confidentiality · High School degree · PA/ PG diploma or certification is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
